How to Kiss a Girl- 10 Awesome Tips !!!
As we know that kiss can be said as sign of love, affection, greeting or reverence.Kissing a girl can be a very tricky thing especially if it the first time that you two are kissing. Before making your move, it is extremely important to ascertain if she also wants to go ahead with it or else you may end up doing severe damage to your existing relationship........
1. To know what’s on her mind, start by trying to move things from a friendly conversation to casual flirting or moderate sexual chat. If she does not try to change the topic and joins in then you are probably on the right track.
2. If she is thinking on the same lines as you, the next thing to consider is whether it is the right time and place to kiss her. While some girls may not have a problem kissing in front of other people, most of them would want to do it in a private place. A few good places to kiss are in the cinema, inside a car, at a party and while seeing her off at the end of a date.
3. Take her reaction with ease and do not be shocked if she behaves in an unexpected manner. Give a peck on her lips and watch her reaction. If she moves away, do not force her for more and give her time to gather herself.

How To Drink More Water Daily..
Water is the most needed chemical compound of our body. Without the
daily necessary amount of water our body functions would be forced to
shut down. The human body is anywhere from 55% to 78% water depending
on body size. To function properly, the body requires between one and
seven liters of water per day to avoid dehydration; the precise amount
depends on the level of activity, temperature, humidity, and other
factors. Most of this is ingested through foods or beverages other than
drinking straight
water. It is not clear how much water intake is needed by healthy
people, though most advocates agree that 6–7 glasses of water
(approximately 2 litres) daily is the minimum to maintain proper
hydration. Medical literature favors a lower consumption, typically 1
liter of water for an average male, excluding extra requirements due to
fluid loss from exercise or warm weather. For those who have healthy
kidneys, it is rather difficult to drink
too much water, but (especially in warm humid weather and while
exercising) it is dangerous to drink too little. People can drink far
more water than necessary while exercising, however, putting them at
risk of water intoxication (hyperhydration), which can be fatal. The
"fact" that a person
should consume eight glasses of water per day cannot be traced back to
a scientific source. There are other myths such as the effect of water
on weight loss and constipation that have been dispelled.
Determine how much water you need. You've probably heard the "8 by 8" rule - drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day (2 quarts, 1.8 liters) - but the amount of water a person needs varies depending on his or her weight and activity level. Another way to determine your specific recommended water intake is to divide your weight (in pounds) by two. The resulting number is the number of ounces of water you need each day. For example, if you weigh 150 lbs., strive to drink 75 ounces of water daily. For those who use the Metric system, divide your weight (in kilograms) by 30 (ex. somebody weighing 70 kg is going to need 2.3 liters per day). Keep in mind that these recommended intake numbers are controversial and some experts believe they are a gross exaggeration. See "warnings" below for more information.
Signs of Dehydration. You lose water through urination, respiration, and by sweating. If you are very active, you lose more water than if you are sedentary. Diuretics such as caffeine pills and alcohol result in the need to drink more water because they trick your body into thinking you have more water than we need. Symptoms of mild dehydration include chronic pains in joints and muscles, lower back pain, headaches and constipation. A strong odor to your urine, along with a yellow or amber color indicates that you may not be getting enough water. Note that riboflavin, a B Vitamin, will make your urine bright yellow. Thirst is an obvious sign of dehydration and in fact, you need water long before you feel thirsty.
Dangers of Too Much Water. Don't start drinking an extra gallon of water a day - that can kill you, especially if you are fasting or eating very little. Water taken in must be in balance with body salt - electrolytes. The body needs to maintain salt balance or risk hyponatremia with heart attack and even death. Drinking too much water dilutes the salt in your blood and tissues - and can kill you. Healthy athletes have died from drinking too much plain water and not replacing salt. Dieters should not plunge into drinking gallons of water a day in hopes of burning a few more calories. Drink an extra few glasses, yes. But a gallon is too much

Wanna Appear Invisible In Facebook Chat ????
Facebook
is undoubtedly the most popular social networking website currently. It
has become a first preference to keep in touch with friends and family in our country as well as in the world.
In case you have a huge list of friends on Facebook, then you are bound
to get bombarded with chat messages every time you login. I personally
find it annoying especially when I am busy or in no mood to chit chat(Although I don't hav much friend).
Facebook by default lets you to go invisible by going to Options and clicking ‘Go Offline‘
But
then, if you like to know who is online on Facebook without logging to
Facebook Chat, then here is a small tip go into hiding and get invisible on Facebook chat and still see who all are online currently.
Here is a simple Facebook app – Online Now
– to see which of your friends are online without turning on Facebook
Chat. Online Now does not affect your Facebook Chat online status. If
you want to appear “invisible,” turn off Facebook Chat and use Online
Now to see who’s online. But then, you can chat with your friends only
if you turn on Facebook Chat and appear online.
Note: Go Offline app has similar functionality.

How to Win a Girl !!!!!
While I’m directing this post towards all those single guys out there, all you ladies can also keep reading so you can find ways to drop subtle hints to that guy that you have your eye on. Now you may be thinking that I’m a gsl so what would I know, so I got Mazie to help out too to give it that touch.
1. First thing
First, make sure you have a single girl in mind or that you’d like to go out with. If you try this on a girl who’s already taken, I take no responsibility if her boyfriend comes to beat you up. Also, make sure that she at least knows you. It may be fun to go and try and go out with a random girl, but that’s just hurting your chances of success. If you are able to date that random girl, then you really don’t need to be reading my advice anyways.
2. Like yourself!
How’s a girl supposed to like you if you don’t even like yourself? For those that need some help liking themselves, just repeat this following phrase over and over again out loud. “I am an attractive human being, and people like me.” After enough repetition, you’ll begin to feel better about yourself and have more confidence in yourself too. This will go a long way in trying to get that girl.

Top 10 Mobile Battery Saving Tips !!
If you're expecting a call and your battery icon starts blinking, the first thing you should do is find a charger. But if that's not an option, here are ten things you can do to hang on. We'll skip the usual tips about the 'memory effect' and which battery type is better — NiCd or Li-Ion — because you don't really have a choice in that.
Close Background Applications
If you're using a Smartphone, close applications that you don't need. Applications that stay active in the background use up a bit of CPU, which uses up battery. Make sure you 'exit' the applications from the menu, not by pressing the 'End' key, as that merely puts the application in the background. In Series 60 Smartphones (mostly Nokias), hold down the 'Menu' key to get a list of all applications running in the background to close them. In Windows Mobile 5 phones, open the 'Memory' application and check the 'Running programs' tab to close them.
Turn Down Screen Brightness
The screen is one of the most power-consuming parts of the mobile phone. The lower the brightness, the lesser power it needs. Keep it as low as you can, so long as you can still see it! Also, some phones like the E61 and the BlackBerry Pearl come with auto-adjust features that increase the brightness in brightly lit areas and dim it in low-light areas. If you're setting the brightness low, make sure that auto-adjust is turned off.
Don't Use Animated Wallpapers or Screensavers
The animations in wallpapers and screensavers can drain a bit of battery as they also consume a wee bit of CPU. Turn them off.
Turn Off Keypad Lights
If you've been using the phone for a while, you may be able to use the keys without seeing them. If this is the case, the keypad backlight can be turned off. However, not a lot of phones support this, but it's worth considering if your phone does.
Decrease Screen Standby Time Out
The time till your screen dims out and/or gets turned off is configurable in most phones. 10 seconds is good, 5 seconds is better. Set it as low as you can go without it becoming inconvenient.
Turn Off Vibration
Probably the second most power-consuming feature of any mobile phone is the built-in vibration alert. See if you can do without it.
Turn Down Ringer Volume, Keypad Tones and Speaker During Calls
If you're mostly indoors, like in the office or at home, a low ringer volume can go a bit towards saving your battery. Most phones also have DTMF-like keypad tones, which are not necessary if the keypad has decent tactile feedback. I keep them turned off most of the time — you can try it too. Volume of the earpiece when you're on a call can also be lowered, and that helps too.
Disable Voice Clarity / EFR / Voice Privacy
Almost all phones now do Enhanced Full Rate (EFR) for voice communication that consumes a little more power. In most cases, the enhanced quality of EFR doesn't make a difference thanks to the high noise levels in our city. Keep it off, you probably won't miss it. Some phones (mostly Samsungs) have a 'voice privacy' feature which can also be turned off to save battery.
Turn off 3G / GPRS / EDGE
Most 3G/UMTS/WCDMA phones keep searching for 3G coverage by default. In India, they'll keep searching till 2008, draining your battery, so go to the network selection screen and choose GSM-only. If your phone has a secondary camera near the screen, it's a 3G phone. Check your phone’s specs on the website if you aren't sure. Sometimes, even regular GPRS or EDGE connections stay active in the back, so make sure you specifically disconnect when you're done browsing the web.
Use Bluetooth and WiFi Only While Transferring
If you only use Bluetooth occasionally to transfer files to and from other devices, there's probably no point keeping it on all the time. Most phones only come with an on/off setting for Bluetooth, unlike the 'Turn on for 10 minutes' setting available for Infrared in some phones (mostly Sony Ericssons). People tend to forget about Bluetooth being left on after transferring the file — avoid doing this. Same goes for WiFi, if you're phone has that.
Here's another tip — find a USB cable if your phone supports recharging via USB. The Motorola RAZR/KRZR/SLVRs and most Windows Mobile Smartphones have a standard miniUSB slot that can use the same cable as most digital cameras. You're more likely to find one of these lying around somewhere than a charger for your phone, unless it's a Nokia, of course.
Finally, the last tip is not very recommendable, but it is something to consider if you've tried everything else above: don't use the phone too much. Of course, you can't use the camera and media features (most Samsung phones won't even let you, if the battery is low) but you can also be a bit choosy while answering incoming calls — not all of them need to be answered. This is even more true in case of unknown numbers!
Close Background Applications
If you're using a Smartphone, close applications that you don't need. Applications that stay active in the background use up a bit of CPU, which uses up battery. Make sure you 'exit' the applications from the menu, not by pressing the 'End' key, as that merely puts the application in the background. Tricks To Slim Down !!
Breakfast
Eat a heavy breakfast. Needless to say, 'heavy' does not include fried foods. Stick to corn flakes, brown toast, eggs and the like, and you will not feel so hungry at lunchtime. The best and healthiest way to go is to breakfast like a King, lunch like a Queen and dine like a pauper. If you're still confused, we'll translate for you: breakfast should be the heaviest meal of the day. Lunch should be lighter than breakfast, and dinner should be the lightest meal of the day.

Dinner
Try sticking to tasty soups, mixed (baked or boiled) vegetables with mayonnaise, and garlic bread, at night. Not only will you lose weight, but you will also give your much-abused digestive system, a much-needed break.
Green Tea
Did you know that green tea helps you lose weight (Not if you add two spoons of sugar with every cup, though!) Opt for green tea without sugar or milk, but with a dash of lime, and try and drink at least 3 cups a day. In addition to helping you burn calories, green tea is known for its anti-oxidant properties, and thus has great health benefits as well.
Spices
Be generous with sprinklings of spices like garlic, Tabasco sauce and green peppers. They actually increase your body's calorie burning activity by 25%. Could there be an easier way to lose weight
Yes! Surprise, surprise
Sleep
Get enough sleep. If you feel your body has a slow metabolism, getting sufficient sleep is a great way to boost it. This does not mean that you sleep for forty days and forty nights at a stretch and expect to wake up skinny as a bamboo stick! Sorry, but you're just not that lucky. However, if your body is not getting sufficient sleep, it slows down your metabolism. Try and catch eight to nine hours of sleep every night; you will end up burning more calories than you did with just six or seven hours of sleep.
Lights
Did you know that dark rooms tend to make you feel low, and also cause you to overeat And if you are one of those people who tend to eat more when they are unhappy, it's time to lighten up! Brighten your room, liven up the atmosphere - don't live in dingy surroundings. Add some cheer to your home! Bin those 60-watt bulbs and place 100-watt bulbs in your room.
Incentives
Need some cutting edge incentive If you have fat upper arms, get a tattoo high up on your arm. You can then work towards losing weight on your arms to show it off. If you want to lose weight on your belly, pierce your belly button or get a tattoo on your waist, just above where you wear your trousers. You will be aching to flaunt it!

Clothes
Choose your clothes carefully:
* If you have large hips, wear shoulder pads so your hips look like they are in proportion to your body. Make sure the shoulder pads are not too big, nor are they too prominent. One should not be able to make out that you are wearing them.
* Don't wear clinging stuff in the hopes that it will make you look thin. Stay away from lycra.
* Don't wear clothes that are too loose.
* Steer clear from pleats.
* Wear one colour from top to toe to give an illusion of slimness.
* Wear fabrics like chiffon, that skim the body and show your curves, yet hide your fat.

How to Keep Pimples Away Forever ?
* Never touch your pimples. Continuous touching can spread the bacteria on your face and cause pimples elsewhere.
* Change the sheets of your bed and pillow regularly. At times, bacteria present on your pillow cover can lead to pimples.
* Have a lukewarm water bath. Never bathe with piping hot water as it removes the essential oils from your skin. After a bath, pat your skin dry. Never rub it harshly with a towel as you’ll only strip away essential skin cells and make it even drier and prone to infections.
* Remember, you should never share make up. You never know whose infection might ruin your skin.
* Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water daily; this helps in flushing out the toxins in your body that cause pimples and other skin problems.
TACKLING THE PIMPLE MENACE
Pimples have a notorious habit of showing up just before that special date or a much-awaited party. It doesn’t matter how great your date is or how lovely the party is, you constantly feel that all eyes are on your face, with a pimple spoiling the show.
Tone, Wash, And Moisturize
Acne is mainly caused by bacteria build-up, so it’s best to use an anti-bacterial face wash. Usually, your dermatologist will recommend a safe product to use. Better still, use fragrance-free face wash that is free of any oils.
Apply an oil free, vitamin E-enriched cream that is useful to heal pimple-prone and ruptured skin. You need to remove the impurities from your face to allow it to breathe. Never forget to use a toner and a face wash daily after returning from outside. An alcohol-free toner is best as it will keep a check on the bacteria on the skin. Use an oil-free sunscreen for your face. But remember, you need very little of it, else the sweat and your oily skin will lead to more pimples.
When A Pimple Strikes
Rule of thumb, never squeeze a pimple as this may cause scarring and infection. Squeezing a pimple reddens the area, causing the bacteria to spread. Instead, every half an hour, apply a cold compress on the pimple. Even if it gives you the chills, hold the ice on the affected area for a couple of minutes. Cold compress does wonders in reducing redness, swelling, and pain. Wash your face at least three times a day with anti-acne soap. Follow it up with an anti-acne cream containing benzyl peroxide. Seek a doctor’s advice before purchasing and applying as overuse of such creams can cause excessive drying of skin.
Hide It
Always go for water-based products as they are lighter on oily skin. Preferably choose a medicated concealer with anti-acne properties. First dab some toner with cotton wool on the pimples. The toner will dry up the excess oil, and then use the concealer. Remember, concealers can be creamy, so use them sparingly. You can spread the concealer with your finger tips, a brush, or cotton wool. Once you have applied the concealer, allow it to dry and use a powder brush to set it. Once done, apply oil-free foundation and compact to complete the picture. Ensure the foundation has a yellow base to reduce the redness of the pimples.

How To Smell Good Without Perfume
Step 1
Use a light dusting of baby powder.
Baby powder adds a subtle hint of scent without being overpowering. It smells so light and fresh that you can wear it almost anywhere. It's particularly nice to apply baby powder before you head for the exercise club. The powder tends to absorb some of the perspiration you'll produce during exercise.
Step 2
Use essential oils.
To smell good without perfume, carry a vial of essential oil with you when you go out. Whenever you need a scent pick-me-up, dab a tiny amount of your favorite fragrance behind your ear. It's fresh and all natural.
Step 3
Avoid smoking.
The smell of smoke can permeate your clothes and give you a stale smell that not even a good perfume can cover up.
Step 4
Use a heavily scented shampoo.
To smell good without perfume, find a shampoo with a scent you like that lasts for more than a few hours after you wash your hair. There's something ultra sexy about hair that smells freshly washed. Why drown it out with perfume?
Step 5
Use a scented body lotion.
A scented body lotion gives a more subtle scent than a heavy spray of perfume. Perfume can be overwhelming particularly in warm weather. A scented body lotion gives just the right hint of fragrance.
Step 6
Bathe and use deodorant every day.
To smell good without perfume, you need to keep your body clean and free of perspiration odors. Make it a habit to bathe on a daily basis and after your daily workout.
